Sycamore is a sacred tree in many cultures. It acts as a bridge between realms. Around the world, it has been a symbol of knowledge, strength, love, war, wisdom.. the list goes on and on. In norse religion, it is associated with Freya. In Egypt it is associated with Nut, Osiris and Thoth. It has been significant in Greek, Celtic and Indigenous American beliefs. It truly is an incredible tree.
In my personal opinion, if I had to choose one tree to be seen as 'the most beloved', in all the cultures in the world, it would easily be the Sycamore.
If you choose this pendulum, take some time to look into it's power. It isn't by accident that this tree is cherished by so many.
