These are my most asked questions. Please find your quesry and click the link leading to it! 


When will my reading be delivered?
Readings are delivered within 3 business days. 
My business days are Monday-Thursday. I do not work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. 

I also use Cycle Syncing to have a more sustainable lifestyle for my work. This means readings may be temporarily unavailable some days, so if you don't see any, just give it a few and they'll be back in stock! 

My order is late! What the hell?
Before you panic, check your spam folder! Sometimes orders get stuck there! If your order is about a day late, I may have worked on the weekend, and took a week day off instead, just shifting my weekend to the middle of the week, and rendering your order "late". (I like to work Sundays and take off Tuesdays sometimes)

What should I do if my order is late?
 If your order is more than 3 business days late, you're entitled to a refund! Just reply to your receipt e-mail, or reach out to spookyoldwitch@gmail.com with your order number, and I'll refund you promptly!   

I need to change my question!
 If you have not yet received your reading, you can totally change your question! Just reply to your receipt e-mail, or reach out to spookyoldwitch@gmail.com. 

I sent you money in a private message, then you blocked me!
That was a scammer! Contact your bank immediately! I will never, ever ask for money in private messages! The only way to order a reading is on this website!
