F.A.Q. & Legal Disclaimer

These are my most asked questions. Please find your quesry and click the link leading to it! 


When will my reading be delivered?
 Within 3 business days! Please keep in mind that weekends are not business days, so an order placed on Friday may be delivered on Tuesday. 
I work business days, during business hours. Readings placed after 5pm will be completed in 3 business days, during business hours. 
An order placed Monday at 6PM will be due on Thursday before 5pm. 

My order is late! What the hell?
Before you panic, check your spam folder! Sometimes orders get stuck there! If your order is about a day late, I may have worked on the weekend, and took a week day off instead, just shifting my weekend to the middle of the week, and rendering your order "late". (I like to work Sundays and take off Tuesdays sometimes)

No, my order is really late.
If your order is very late, I may be experiencing a mental health episode. I push for mental health acceptance and awareness with my business practices. I am my own employee, and I strive to be the kind of boss that I would want to work for. So when I need a mental health day, I take one. Or two. Sometimes five. This means orders can sometimes (a few times a year), be a week and a half late. If that happens, email me at spookyoldwitch@gmail.com. You can ask for a refund (and get one as soon as I check my emails again), or you can send me a word of encouragement while you wait. 

I love my clients. More often than not, when I'm having a bad brain week, you guys email me back, and tell me to take my time, you tell me it's okay, you tell me that my mental health matters. You've changed my life with this, and I love you all so much for that. Thank you.

What should I do if my order is late?
 If your order is more than 3 business days late, you're entitled to a refund! Just reply to your receipt e-mail, or reach out to spookyoldwitch@gmail.com with your order number, and I'll refund you promptly!   

I need to change my question!
 If you have not yet received your reading, you can totally change your question! Just reply to your receipt e-mail, or reach out to spookyoldwitch@gmail.com.

 You post so many TikToks, how will I know which one is mine?
 Keep an eye on your @Mentions on Tiktok! I'll tag you when yours is posted! 

I sent you money in a private message, then you blocked me!
That was a scammer! Contact your bank immediately! I will never, ever ask for money in private messages! The only way to order a reading is on this website!
